problem in SM21 display

Hi all,

We are using ECC6.0(newly upgraded) In SM21 if I select Remote System Log, in the INstance name field if I do F4 It is not dispalying all the instance of our production system.

what could be the problem

If you go to SM59 and look at internal connections is the production server listed?

yes It is listed.

and even from SM51 I can log in to every app server remotely

is table TSLE4 populated with the server?

In TSLE4 table entries are there for all app servers..

Is there any thing more to check in this table.
