Hi All,
I created a new request in which I included 2 objects:
1. A bitmap image using se78
2. A report program using se38
But when I released the request, it ended with a warning as follows:
'R3TRSBXP4CA0B0F80391006DE1008000AC1E0457 not found; object also deleted in target system'
Can somebody please let me know what is this warning and why does it occur?

Hi,
Have you deleted either of the object from SAP system?, if yes, then remove it from the transport request also and then release the request.
PS: If it only warning then you don't need to worry about.

Hi Reshma,
Chk the related objects to the program and the bitmap images (like script, tables) are already transported to the target system.

Thx for ur prompt replies guys.
I didnt deleted any objects, I just created a new request thru se09 and included the objects.
How can I know which is the object (R3TRSBXP4CA0B0F80391006DE1008000AC1E0457) that got deleted.
The above mentioned 2 objects are independent objects:
1. Bitmap logo, which should be uplaoded , once the request is imported in the target system
2. Classical Z report which is again independent of any other objects.
So I dont think , there will be any objcects which I have missed out or deleted

Create the transport for each object separately.
The transport routes for reports & Logo may be different??

Now I wont be allowed to create a new request for 2 objs, as the previous request is already released. Now I am suppose to do analysis, what is the problem which created this warning.
However, just for the sake of my knowldege , is there any way to know whether a particular reuqest is having any error/ warning before releasing the request?

Goto -> SE09 -> Place a cursor on your TR
In Menu bar, select Request/Task -> Complete Check -> Objects (Syntax Check)
and select Request/Task -> Complete Check -> Check Request Consistency
Perform both this checks before releasing your TR.
