Problem in PO Change

Hi,

I m facing a problem in PO Change (sub-contracting)...

When i m changing the PO Qty., it gives "The date 00.00.0000 is not convertible (please correct)" error..

I do all possible correction like PO date change, but i have still this problem....

What it is..plz help me....
