Problem in material master LSMW - Classification view

Hello all,

I have created LSMW for material master upload with standard input method. Material is getting created thr's this, but 'classification view' is not getting created only for some material groups. Functional consultant is saying that there is no such configuration exists in system regarding material groups.

Plz advice how to resolve this?.

Hi,

In fourth step u have declare correct filedname and values accrding to ur flaat file.

thats done. Data is also correct. But only for some material groups classification view is not getting created.

Classification View is optional. we can create materail w/o classifiation view .

May be some of the materials classification view is not defined.

check with your functional person in Transaction CU41.

He checked the configuration. He is saying there in no such configuration due to which classification view is not getting created only for some material groups.

Can you confirm one more thing can you live with reducing the Views?which would not be found in accounting view in MM01

Problem was with material group. Some configuration was missing.
