Problem in IW32 t-code

Hello All,

Recently, we are getting problem with the tcode IW32.

Once the user executes the t-code IW32 and after typing the purchase order with type MCOR and going into the next screen the user is not able to see the material tab. It remains in grey color. It is part of the the menu environment.

Any solution on this is a great welcome.

You haven't told us what investigation you have already done.

Please detail the troubleshooting steps you have taken so far (I assume ST01 & SU53 have not helped?)
