Hi,
I believe the "pf-status" is not set correctly .In the pf-status for the screen ,where the Enter and cancel buttons are already there you need to add "create" also and assign a function code similar to other buttons...
Function code is the code which can be captured by user to recognise which button has been pressed or which activity has occured...almost all interactive objects like..pushbuttons,dropdown box all are assigned function codes..eg in graphic painter if you double click on a button ..it will be assigned to a function code
so if you check "enter" and "Cancel" buttons will also be assigned to function codes and the same must be done for "Create" button too
what to do?.. *
double click on Status_0120
there will be a new screen with the following
User Interface
Menu Bar
Application Toolbar
Function Keys
expand the "Function Keys" and against the icon for create put "CREATE"
save and activate..
Hopefully,this will solve your problem
reward if helpful
