Problem in FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1

I am using FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 in my program for purpose of sending mail notification. In dev is working fine.But QAS i am facing one error 'Document not Send' . Give your suggestions.

Has the BASIS team done the required settings for sending out the mail in the QAS system?

Hi Suresh,

I too have faced the same problem except that in my case it is in DEV server. Just ask your BASIS team if the config to send e-mails in QAS works.

these link will help u to config SCOT.

And one more thing u can do..

Go to SE11 n open Table sxnodes in change mode.

And change F_ESMTP field to false i.e. BLANK for the Field NODE = SMTP
