Problem in ehnancement activation

Hi experts,

We are implementing enhancement spot in MIGO transaction for certain requirement. Everything is fine in the deveopment system. But once we move thetransport to quality system the report hasn't triggering the enhancement, although Enhancement spot implemention is available in Quality system.

Currently we are going into Quality system and activating Enhancement spot manually, even though this solves the problem we are worried about the production system.

Can anyone provide the solution for this issue ?

Hi,

If you are able to see the code in your enhancement point then there is no need to worry even if you activate manually.

The problem here is i don't have access to production system so i can't activate the enhancement spot there.I want to know the reason why we need to activate the enhancement manually in each system,I have already done an activation in developement and moved to quality .

Hi,

You are right.Actually there is no need do it manually.But some times to activate the enhancements point just generate the program.In which program you kept code in enhancement point.

Hi,

This problem is very comman with enhancements.

so it is best practice after moving all code into production activate all enhancement manually as part of cutover activity.
