Problem in background job.

Hi Friends,

i have executed my program in background job by using the SM37 tcode, i need to delete my back ground job in sm37,

when i try to delete my job in sm37, i am getting the one message " jos zxxx is active. The select function cannot be performed".

Please help me how to delete the back ground job in sm37 or SM50.

In SM37, you will have a button named STOP just before the DELETE button. Hit the stop button first to stop the active job and then try to delete the job

Hi Charn

Also you can access transaction SM66 and cancel work process that is running this background job. It will stop immediatelly ths current program.

While canceling it through sm66, try doing it without core
