Hi All,

I have one outbound interface and it is sending data through one middleware(Crossworlds) daily in background. If we go and check the job in SM37,it is showing the status as FInished. But if we select the job and go to spool, there it is showing the status as Waiting. And when i doubleclick that status it is showing as Output Device Unavailable...

It means the problem is with Crossworlds device or Target destination device???

Urgent plz

looks to me that output can not be sent to a printer (or any other output device for that matter) since NO output device is available. This is a 'problem' in R/3 (SAP). So during creation of the job, make sure that output parameters are correctly defined.
