Problem in Append Structure in QMEL

Hello friends,

I am trying to add a quantity field in the QMEL table using append structure.

It is working fine in the Development Server.The field is added in QMEL table and

corresponding Views.

In Production Server,When i tried to add a field in QMEL,It is only getting appended

in QMEL,But it is not getting updated in views.

What could be the reason ?

My Development Server patch Level is 27 and Production Server patch Level is 22.

Hi hari,

1. We can try by manually logging in to prd server,

and activating once again that append structure.

2. I dont think it will affect the views,

bcos views have fixed fields.

Hi Check the Activation Log to find out the reason.. Normally that should be done.

No specific reason will be there for this based on the system is PRODUCTION or development.....

I have tried the same and it is working fine.. In the log i am able to find out the apparance of the relate tables and views...

Hi,

I have checked the activation Log.In that , Views have not been adjsuted.but

all the tables have been adjusted.

What is the reason for non-adjustment of views ?

Hi ,

I have not done "Save and Adjust Database" in SE14.

Whether that could be reason for this ?

manually in PRD server,

I have adjusted the table in SE14.The append

structure has been updated in all views and

Tables.
