Problem in ALV reporting

Hi , I want to display data in an internal table as output, using alv reporting . Now , I want this alv output to be editable to the user plus there would be 2 buttons on the screen namely delete and save . Once a record or multiple records are selected and the user presses the delete button , a lock icon or symbol should be displayed against the selected records . And only when the user presses the save button, should the records be deleted .

Could anyone help me on how to make the alv output editable and displaying the lock icon . Thanks in advance

chk these standard pgms.

ur requirement is there.

go to se 38 -> give BCALV_EDIT_* -> press f4.

u will get a list.

it will help u alot.

In <b>se80</b> -> package <b>SLIS</b> -> <b>BCALV_EDIT_01</b>In this package you find all alv related example codes. Go through it.
