Problem BAPI PO change

I am changing existing stock transfer purchase order with BAPI_PO_CHANGE function. I am trying to add new line item in existing purchase item which is not working.

Please help me ...

Similar to the sales order,we can add for the Po.

call bapitransaction_commit_ at the end.
