I am trying to archive Printlist Eg. SM04, all the customisation has been done,
When i m trying to archive the printlist the Spool request is created, when i search for the printlist in Tcode OADR, it gives me error SAPArchive link entry not found,
I am Working on 4.7 EE version so i have not done any setup and customisation in OAC3
Can anybody help me to please resolve this error

Hi Sanjay,
Have you done the following setting?
TA: OAQI - Create storage queue
TA: OANR - Create ArchiveLink number range 01
From your description of the problem it looks like you have not defined the ArchiveLink number range ie TA: OANR. define the number range 01 and you should be able archive printlist

Hi Samanjay,
As per ur reply the thru TA OAQI the Queue has already been created ,
when i check in transaction OAAT, it gives me error The job ArchiveLink is already active (end the job first)
It means the Queue has alreayd been created, also i have created the number range 01, folowing is the details for the same.
Number Range Objct ArchiveLink No. rnge
No From number To number Current number Ext
01 0000100000 9999999999 0
10 0000010000 0000099999 0
the Basis initial customisation has already been done,
thanks and Regards,
Sanjay

Hi Sanjay,
Have you created a content repository using TA: OACO and assigned it to a document type using TA: OAC3? Also when you archive a print list a storage job will be created and you should be able to see the same in storage queue TA: OAM1. Are you able to see it?
Regards,
Samanjay

Hi Samanjay,
The Content repository has been created and assigned to document type, In OAM1, there is no storage request in OAM1, but the request is in CFBC_E_queue which is without any doc id
