Printing Problem

Hi, All

I Have made one program on production order in sap script. in other printer the printing is comming but i am trying in my another printer i.e. HP Laser Jet 1022n the printing is not comming can you tell me y printing is not comming ???

the error while i m giving printing is : (3:35:45 PM) Error: BG: saplpd_open_dc failed, msg = 808 SAPLPD:Windows Problem, siehe SAPLPD Protokoll..

please help me

hi,

1.The printer setting are not done for the Hp laser .

Those settings are done in SPAD.

2.So rectify that ,then print will come.

Hi,

As I see the issue I understand that you have created a production order sap script Layout and trying to print using a standard print program. Please check whether you have done changes in the NACE transaction. Assign your Z-layout to the print program and try to print. Also, use LP01 as the output device and try once again.
