Printing problem

Hi ,

When i preview a document it shows the output properly on screen . but when i take the printout the last two lines are not shown . even in the spool it is displaying properly.what can possibly go wrong ?

Hi amit,

is the size of the formular greater than the size of the

printer. Do you have the right driver?

Do you use LOCAL?

Amit,

Possibily, it could be the issue with either .

the Printer you selected for printing.

The size of the print needs to be mached with the printer paper size. Use the same printer which you used for preview.

If both are same then it will be the issue with with window size and the paper size.

Thanks for the reply.

I am previewing the document after is is sent for printing . also there is space below where it can print the remeining text .

but in the preview it shows and not in the printout

SAP Preview is always little different from what actually prints on paper. If you can, just move the last paragraph on line up or reduce font size.
