Printing problem in smartform

Please help me in correcting printing problem. While picking up text from Include text in smartform, the words of that particular text gets repeated in line printer/dot matrix but not in Laser due to which it overflows the width of page. Actually it is Enquiry note text which is being maintained by the MM group.

Ensure the page format that is printed on Laser is similar to that of your Form layout.

E.g If your form Design is made in Letter and the Laser Printer prints A4 ..
