Printing DMS image and text data

Hi ,

The situation is like, i have a container and screen. In the container i am displaying an image from DMS and the details of the image on the screen. Now the user wants to take a print out of that complete screen (i.e image in container and the details in screen ), how to achieve that, the print button on the top is not working and if i write the code in USER COMMAND for print , then also its not working.
