Printer printing on A4

I have setup smartform to print on DINA4 (210 * 297). But when I issue output the printer says supply A4 paper. When I press button select paper from other tray(A3) then it prints out the form.

Is there some thing I am doing wrong? It should print without pressing anything on the printer on A3.

Hi,

You are doing NOTHING wrong !!!!

Fill all the trays of printer with the paper.

This is a printer error, which comes if any of the trays is empty.

Reward if helpful.

Trays are all full with paper. Still gives the error.
