Dear Experts,
I'm having a problem with the printers... I have an smartform with a final line at the right side, if I print the smartform with the printer of my office, it works correctly and I can see the line, but if the user prints the smartform in his printer, the right line is not being displayed... do you know why? How can I solve this problem? I don't think this is an smartform problem, I think is for the printer, but I need any help to solve because I do not have any idea of how I can configurate this part.
As always, thanks a lot for your support.
Regards,
Rebeca

Hi Rebeca,
The link between the form and the printer landscape is the Page Format, you'll find this in the Output Options tab of the Form Attributes.
The Page format and how this relates to the printer definition is all defined in transaction SPAD. Click on 'Full administration' then the tab Device Types, check that the device types for the printer(s) used and if they support the Page Format in your form.
Regards,
Nick

I've already found that option! I'm going to test and see if it works... Fingers crossed!
Thanks a lot!

One question, I'm following this document SAPTechnical.COM - Creating custom page format for SAP Script / Smart Form but, the table TSP03D do...

Hi Rebeca,
Table TSP03D is essentially the definition of your printers, you'll find the same information in SPAD tab Devices / servers in the list of Output Devices.

Rebeca,
what is the device type of the printer in SPAD where it is working, and what is the device type of the printer where it is NOT working?
Different device types (and different printer languages used by these devtypes) have distinct printable areas... See SAP note 183948.
