Print window not getting closed.

hi friends,

the program is NACE type.the following steps are to take printout

1. Enter T.code - VF02 / VF03 and type Billing document no as input

2. Select Billing document menu-->IssueOutput To

3. Select ZSIC Line item and Click on Print button or (Ctrl+P)

4. Type/Select "LOCL" in output device field and Press Enter

5. Select a printer in FrontEnd Printer field (eg: Xerox Phaser 3117)

6. Tick Check boxes Print Immedidately and Delete After output

7. Click on Print button

my question is

After clicking the print button in print window , i get the print out. but the print window is not getting closed.

how to solve this issue?

Hi,

Do you mean the print window that is opened to perform the local printing to your windows printer. If that is the case just select a printer that is defined in SAP other than LOCL - the window will not fire up.

Hi

Are you facing this problem only in case of printing the billing document or all the printing in SAP.

If it is all printing, i would suggest you to create a OSS request asking SAP to help on this.

If it is only for billing document, if you are using your own driver program, change the same to standard SAP driver program and Layout set and try printing, if the problem still exists, create a OSS request, else i think there is some issue in the driver program.
