Print Preview Problem in VA01

Hi All,

In the sales order create screen (va01) if i hit the print preview button, i am not able to see the preview of the salesorder (I get the message "Output could not be issued, Message no. V1104"). I want to see the preview before the sales order is saved.

check with VA02/VA03, if the error is still coming then check your form, there is some error while printing the form.

You have to debug to check it. Search forum for debugging form.

I doubt if its possible, bcoz in the print program the first check would be to check the entry in VBAK or VBAP.. if you dont save it... it wont find an entry.. so output cannot be generated...

Hi,

In some cases, the output conditions do not get populated automatically. This can give the message:

"Output could not be issued, Message no. V1104".

Go to Extras - Output - Header - Edit

Fill in the output condition for the output type 'BA00'.

Hi Karthik,

You cant see print preview or print it with out saving. You need to save the Order.
