print immediately not working

One of the user is unable to print a report immediately.

User profile-default tab has print immediately checked.

User had to reprint the document always to get the print.

Hi,

please give more information. Which transaction/report is used for the initial print, which one for the reprint ?

It might be, that the user has set his individual print settings for this special list to 'Print later'. You may check this, when a list is displayed on the screen: System -> List -> Print , Properties, Spezifications.

Try giving a test print to the printer from SPAD and see the status of the spool from SP02.
