Print Error

When i insert a image of bmp format into the purchasing order form ,the system can't print the page what is the image in .

The error message:

PCL XL error

Subsystem:IMAGE

Error: InternalError 0x18

Operator: BeginImage

Position: 4574

Who can tell me what is the wrong?

Have you tried using a TIF file format instead?

Also GIF should do it, but I recomment TIF first.

Have you fixed this error ?

because here the sapscript gives me the same error using sap gui.

Thanks everyone.The Printing Error only occur on the HP printer.I can print the form into a pdf file.
