Hi all,
I have a screen which I want to print out. Is there a way to print out the screen directly or do I have to pass the content first to a list and then print it out?
Thanks in advance.

What do you want to be printed,
Some screens have a print option available in the menu itself.
If it is a ALV list, normal report output, then there are options for printing the list.
Can you be a bit more clear?

Hi
Yes you should do that: create a list with the data of your screen.

Hi Marcelo,
If you want to create a hardcopy of your current screen, you can use the SAPGui function hardcopy.
It sends content of current screen directly to the standard printer of your pc.

manual step for hard copy.
Click on the last icon in the tool bar of sap gui (the line where you have the command box, and standard buttons for back, cancel , etc) and click hard copy.

Found a valid work around on http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX111307&parentCategoryID=617 using keystroke CTRLSHIFTP or instgsall SAP GUI 6.20 pathc 56 or later.

Well, we are on SAP GUI 7.20 (PC 720.1.0.xxxx, Citrix 720.1.3.yyyy) - and both show the menue if you print a hardcopy using ALT-F12. So is this an ols new error? Or is there another solution with SAP GUI 720? (The workaround with SHIFT-STRG-P works, but ...)
