have any tables are there in sap with primary key(nothing but based on worked non primary keys) , tell me those tables

Yes there are tables.

I think even T000 is the same (Clients)

You may need to search a bit. Use table DD* to search.

table T777D lists all infotype (PA) tables. Click on each to know the primary key. Generally it will be a combination of MANDT and PERNR
