Previous versions are missing

Hi All,

I have made some changes in the a Z Program and sent to production,but when I checked in the Version management ( Utilities->Vesrions->version management = all the previous versions for that report are missing,I dont know what is the problem,now how can I get all the previos versions....

Please help

Versions are generally only kept in the development system, not the production one.
