PPCI Create customer PD infotype

Hello,

I tried to use TA PPCI to create a new customer infotype. I was ask to create entries in table T777D and TDCT. If I wanted to create a new dialog module (SE35) the system didn't allow that because TA SE35 is obsolet. But to test or use the infotype with TA PP01 or PPDM the system says there is no entry in table TDCT.

Could anybody explain to me, how to create new customer PD infotypes or how to create an entry in table TDCT.
