Are you able to open the report RHRAUM00 in transaction se38 in this system?

If application PE-RPL 'Rool reservation' (part of HR, SAP Learning Solution PE-LSO) is installed on your system (but seems not displayed in your menu) then consider reporting an incident to Sap support.
