Hello Asha,

PP cycle starts with actual customer orders or from forecast data for the future customer requirements in the demand management.

step1: SOP; Sales and Operations planning... upload forecast and actual requirements for al materials.

Step2: Transfer the requirements to the Demand Plannig...Once you transfer here this will become relevent for MRP.

Step3: Run the MRP for all your materials...Planned orders will be created...This starts your procurement cycle for the parts required to manufacture finished parts

Step4: Convert Planned orders into production order for the in-house parts once the purchased parts are available.

Step5: Perform Productiion confirmation.

Step6: Perform Goods movements.

Step7: Perform order closing and settlement.
