popup with HTML

My requirement is to create a popup and the popup will call HTML screen .

Is there a POPUP that I can use for this action ?

As far as I know, there is no standard functionality for this. So guess you will have to create it your self.

I'm not sure you can use HTML.

Maybe you can use the function module HELP_DOCULINES_SHOW.

It show a very nice window when you can create bold/underline and other basic html text.
