PO Changes report

hi plz check this and let me know............

For example : i created a purchase order in ME21N. Using the transaction ME22N i changed the PO qty for the item 10.

i want to know other than CDHDR ,CDPOS ,CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_HEADERS ,CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_POSITIONS and ME23N to find the changed item is refelecting.
