PO archiving issue

Hello Friends,

I am trying to archive Purchase Orders using object MM_EKKO through tcode SARA.However , in the write archive job which is

executed in the background i am getting a message 'GR not planned' in the spool output for the PO which i have selected; although GR scenario is not applicable in my case , we directly create an invoice.

Hope to get some pointers on successfully archiving such POs.

Hi Abhi

SAP has some conditions based on which the deletability on a purchase order can be set while archiving using MM_EKKO.

If the GR is not equal to the GI then a purchase order cannot be archived.
