I am trying to add my own selection to the PNP LDB selection screen. But when I do that I loose all the entry fields including the Personell Number. Only the Period selection screen remains. I want the Period and the Personell Number screen to remain and then my selection scren to be added.

Hallo Nitish,

the selection screen of the PNP part of a report is controlled by the so called <i>HR report category</i>. This can be changed on the attributes screen.

There are a lot of predefined categories. The problem is to find the one you need.

There is a naming conventions, that makes it a little bit easier. You will find some information under:

in the folder <i>Logical Database (PA-PAD)</i> -> <i>Functions (PA-PAD</i>) -> <i>Selection Screen (PA-PAD)</i>
