please help how to resolve this program termination.

hi experts,

when i am executing my report i am getting program termination . but when i execute the same report in our FI controler client the report was Executed iam unable to get where the problem is occuring.

termination message is

Error analysis

The extracts could not be written to the temporary file

"/usr/sap/DEV/DVEBMGS11/data/E01UZMLR" (file size

0).

Error number: 28

Error text: "No space left on device"

please tell how i can resolve this problem. i am think this belongs to basis work. but i need to know how to solve this problem.

Hi

I think you r passing data to appl server. The basis team allocates memory ffor it.

Since it is not having space there, it is generating dump.

It is not because of ur code.

Please do get in touch with ur basis team

thanks for ur quick replay, that was work of basis team i am sure about that but i need know how to improve the space allocation, they are saying for total server they allocate space. but FI client and my client belongs to same sever . can u know how to solve this problem. i dont know where we can see basis guys forums will be present so kept this forum here. do you know how to improve space allocation.

hi,

Whenever you execute the report the data is stored in theserver you mentioned.

Now there is no free space available there so you are getting this problem.

Tell your basis people to remove some files from there or increase the space.

how can we say that there is no space available. how can we conform that. can i increase that space because i am getting problem in development server only i am having all authorizations. can u say the procedure how to improve space. i am not getting proper responce from our team. please help to solve this issue.
