Please Help! Cannot unlock J2EE Admin password!

Hello all,

Have been trying to unlock the J2EE admin password on my system (called j2ee_admin) and get the following error:

An error occurred; contact your system administrator

Someone please tell me what error logs I can check to find out what the problem is! It started when I was trying to create an Alias for use with the portal. After doing so, now nothing works!

Again, any advice is greatly appreciated.
