I am not quite sure if there has been a search done with the error text before posting.There are a couple of posts which has been marked as answered when searched with "please check release classes (see long text)"

It is recommended that a search with the error text be done and if solution not obtained,post the same.

Error Description looks like you are trying to create a release group which is having different Class. It's not possible to Create multiple groups with different classes.

Ask your MM consultant for the same, (Possible move this Post to MM)

Hi

Only one release class can be assigned for PO , here release object controls

ie rel object 1 for PR

   rel object  2 for PO, contract

   rel object  3 for service

With the help of one class u can control PO release strategy
