Physical inventory count posting w/o reference document (MI09)

Hi All,

I need to post a physical inventory count received thru EDI or Third party app to be posted without reference to PI document (MI09).

I do not find any standard IDOC type for it. The IDOC type MATERIALPHYSINV_COUNT02 requires PI document to process.

Also this is a consigment stock and needs customer number in the IDOC as well but looks like MATERIALPHYSINV_COUNT02 does not have a customer number so I can not use it.

Any input is appreciated.

You have already reopened 3 older discussions on the same request which also did not have an answer despite of about 2000 views in more than 6 years.

So I suggest you follow the approach outlined in OSS note 11 - Requested function is not in standard system
