Performance of Mass data insert

hi experts:

i am using following statement to insert data into db.

insert A from table ITAB

the entries of A are around 100-200 , 0000.

and the records of ITAB is around 10-20, 0000.

it will take me a lot of time.[ 6 minutes around].

do you know how to optimize it

Hi,

INSERT <db_table> FROM TABLE <itab> .

This statement itself the best way to insert the mass data.

But make sure u r not using this statement inside the loop and check the structure of an internal table is same as Db_table.
