Hi,

is there is any possibility that i can get a patch of ABAP Workbench.

Can somebody reply to this ASAP

it isn't possible to download the patch for ABAP Workbench separately. The ABAP Workbench is the development environment of an arbitrary ABAP (SAP R/3 or WebAS for ABAP) system, you start it there using transaction SE80.

So what you need is either remote access to such a system or you have to install a MiniSAP system locally.
