while creating a partner profile, how do i get the partner number. do i have to create partner number too or will i get it from the functional specification.

Hi,

You have to create the partner to whom you are going to have business,it wont be automatically created.

Partner means to whom you are going to send the IDoc message like that

Partner may be a user,Logical system,Vendor,Customer or anything

So first decide what type of partner you are going to use? then take his already existing number.

and enter in WE20 Tcode

well i understood wht u said. now i have another doubt, how do i get the partner number because both the systems i have configure. So, where do i get the partner number.
