parameter name on selection screen

i need more discriptive name on parameter screen but when i try it says it can not be more than 8 chars.

Its a good practice to use selection-text for selection screen elements.

Its helpful in being more descriptive about the elements.

No codes are required.

You can set the text from

Se38>Open Program>Goto(Menu)>Text Elements->Selection Texts
