Page Format Error while printing PO order

Hi ,

while printing the production order using CO04 transaction, i have got this following error.

DEVICE TYPE HPLJIID DOES NOT SUPPORT PAGE FORMAT

ZSBDL_N.

This error occured when i changed the printer settings as LIST ONLY and PRINTER TYPE

as LP01 to LOCL (LOCAL PRINTER).

pointers to this would be very helpful.

Hi Dinesh,

Your printer has been changed from LP01 to HPLJIID.

Goto SPAD & click on Extended Adminstration. Check for List of Output Devices.

Double click on LP01 & click on PAGE FORMATS. For LP01 you would find ZSBDL_N is created.

Go back & check for output device HPLJIID . Check the PAGE FORMATS for this printer. You would not have defined ZSBDL_N page format. Create a new page format for this printer & it should work.

Else if you intention was not to change the printer, then revert the changes from LOCL to LP01.
