hi

packing list contains the list of the materials which are being despatched. something like the outbound delivery materials.

pickinglist contains the materials which are being picked, something like the inbound delivery materials.

A <b>Picking List</b> is printed for a customer order which authorizes the inventory / stock room personnel to 'pick' goods from inventory for shipping. This same document is sometimes used in the Small and Midsize Business market as <b>packing list</b>.
