Package TYPE

Hi Experts

While creating a PACKAGE in Dev System, if I am specifying:

Package Type = 'Not a Main Package',

Will I be able to transport it to Qual/Prod System without any issues?

In btw.. it does not ask for any Main Package Name...

So.. Is that not necessary in this Case.?

No, it is not necessary .

A main package is a special package containing a set of packages related by content. The main package does not contain any development elements itself.
