hi,

You can maintain it at differenct levels.

When you create data element you can write your own documentation. Which ultimetly when someone presees F1 will come.

Also at table level you can maintain it through Se11.

Hi,

you can put an speciel value range inside the domain, which you can implement with SE11 to the datafield.
