Output type not getting saved when using VF02 only in one client

Hi all,

I have a problem in quality server when using VF02 transaction. When i am giving an output type and saving it , the output type is not getting saved. I have checked the config details and access sequence and condition records and all these appear to be correct. I ahve tried to debug and compare the codes in development and quality server while saving and i found no difference here too. Can anyone help me out on this?
