Output in ABAP

I start ABAP now. My first report needs output. How can I print text like 'hello world' on screen?

In ur report :

WRITE 'Hello! World'.

and execute after activating...

You must first goto ABAP editor for which the transaction code is se38.

The code for printing 'Hello world' is:

WRITE 'Hello World'.
