Hi,
You can also use transaction SNOTE to check the OSS notes.
OSS ID can be created by BASIS member.

OSS id is a login to SAP's system where all the OSS notes are maintained. It usually are created by the BASIS person in your team and every customer can create the oss id for their developers.

OSS is the old term for SAP support. Now it is replaced by the <a href="http://service.sap.com">service market place</a>. This is where SAP publishes all its patches, notes, etc. You need an id to enter into certain areas on this site. Your basis administrator will provide you with the ID if you need one.

You will get OSS id from basis person. You mostly refer this to raised quiries to SAP and for refering any application NOTES.
