Org Unit RESPAREA is not editable

Hi everyone,
 
When I attempt to edit the RESPAREA Org Unit, the window that opens is completely blank with no content displayed. Does anyone know why this might be happening? It was working fine a few days ago, but since yesterday, it’s no longer functioning. Below is a screenshot attached.
 
For context, I created the RESPAREA Org Unit using transaction code SUPO_SEL and also made updates to the KSBEROBJ table.
